What is Strive?

Strive is a close-knit training community built around one clear mission: helping real people achieve their fitness goals.

 

Whether it be losing weight, getting stronger, or just generally becoming more healthy — we tailor our approach to your needs. ​

We specialise in Small Group Personal Training — combining the attention and coaching of 1-to-1 personal training with the energy and support of training alongside others.

 

Each session is limited to just 4 people, so you get the expert guidance you need, while still feeding off the motivation of a team around you.
