Background
With over 5 years of experience in both 1-1 and small group personal training, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients across commercial gyms, independent studios, and council-run facilities. That journey has shaped how I coach today — structured, supportive, and focused on helping people build real results and lasting confidence.
