A legal disclaimer

These terms and conditions form part of your agreement with Strive. By purchasing a membership or attending sessions, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined above. Strive reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time, with reasonable notice provided to all active members.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

Membership Commitment

 

  • All memberships require a minimum 3-month initial commitment.

  • After this period, your plan continues on a rolling monthly basis.

  • Payments are taken on the 1st of each month.

Cancellations & Pauses

  • To cancel your membership, we require 20 days’ notice before your next billing date.

  • Memberships can be paused for up to 2 weeks in the case of illness or planned travel — this must be arranged directly with George and is subject to approval.

  • You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time with 1 week’s notice before your next billing cycle.

Session Bookings & Attendance

  • We require at least 6 hours’ notice to cancel a booked session.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session credit being deducted.

  • Unused sessions do not roll over — they must be used within the current monthly billing cycle.

Pricing

  • Prices will be reviewed annually.

  • Any changes to pricing will be communicated at least 2 months in advance.
