At Strive Fitness, we run exclusively on a Small Group Personal Training model.
That means every session is coached, personalised, and capped in size—so you always get the attention you need without the pressure (or price) of 1:1 PT.
Members train with us on a monthly membership basis, choosing the option that best suits them:

NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT

Our Custom Branded app includes a comprehensive nutrition section, offering:

To compliment our SGPT sessions we also run 2 types of classes:

These currently run 3x per week each and can be added to a membership for an extra cost.
